FAQ's

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins promptly at 2:00 pm, please aim to arrive no later than 13:45pm.

What is the dress code?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The official dress code is formal attire. Overdressing and extravagance is encouraged. Colour is very welcome. Please avoid the colour white, of course.

Can I share photos on social media?

Of course, we welcome you to share our special day!

However, we kindly request that guests do not post any photos of the bride and groom on social media until they have had the opportunity to do so first.

Do you have a registry?

Your presence is the greatest gift! However, if you wish to browse our registry, you can find it here:

I am unable to attend, what should I do?

While you will be truly missed, if you cannot attend, we would appreciate it if you could RSVP and inform us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Are children welcome?

We are holding an adults-only wedding. Thank you for being so understanding.

Where do I park my car?

Parking is available at both the church and Old Luxters Barn. If you plan to drive to the reception, cars can be left overnight at Old Luxters Barn and collected the following day. We recommend arranging a taxi if you want to enjoy the evening without worrying about driving home.

All good things must come to an end!

Our wedding will finish at midnight. Due to the venue's location, we strongly advise pre-booking a taxi if needed.

Can I bring a guest?

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on our wedding invitation. We are afraid that we cannot accommodate additional guests.

Can I take pictures at the wedding and reception?

To allow our guests to be fully present during one of the most special moments of our lives, we are holding an unplugged ceremony. We have a professional photographer to capture those precious moments, and of course, we will share the photos with you afterwards. After the ceremony, we would love for you to document our special day and encourage you to take pictures. Closer to the event, the website will include a link to share your photos from the day.

What food and drink will be served at the reception?

We will be serving canapés during the drink’s reception. We will then offer a three-course meal for the wedding breakfast. We will accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please note these on the RSVP form.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP online by 01.03.2026 by clicking the RSVP button above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.
